Our Commitment to You

At Fuzzy Friends, we strive to ensure that every purchase brings delight and satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process designed to be fair and transparent.

You have thirty (30) calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Please note that requests made after this period cannot be accepted. We encourage customers to inspect their items promptly upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if a return is needed.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective materials or boxes.

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions, or returns submitted without prior authorization, may not be approved for a refund.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at support@fuzzyfriends.com
Include the following details in your email:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide you with detailed return instructions.
All authorized returns are processed through our designated facility in Shenzhen, China. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.


Shipping Your Return

When preparing your return, ensure that the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. Refunds can only be issued once the returned package has been successfully delivered to our designated return warehouse and verified through valid carrier tracking information. Packages without confirmed delivery or verifiable tracking will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Fuzzy Friends cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are uncertain whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before proceeding.


Sale Items and Gift Cards

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please complete the standard return process and place a new order for the desired product once your return has been processed.


Order Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.


Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
